Field of use
Katepal VentBase Metal is a vapour-permeable underlay for use under metal roofs. It should be installed on solid substrates and has a plastic mesh on the top surface to ensure ventilation between the underlay and the metal roof.
Handling and storage
Katepal products should be stored away from direct sunlight and moisture and handled with care before installation. Roll products should be stored in an upright position – rolls transported horizontally should be turned upright after receiving the order. Pallets must not be stacked. Pay attention to safe lifting practices: pallet lifting instructions can be found via the QR code on the pallet’s plastic wrap.
