Katepal Detail
Katepal Detail is a black, liquid, fiber-reinforced, polyurethane-based sealant for waterproofing and sealing that cures to form a strong, elastic surface. Drying time depends on layer thickness and temperature.

Field of use
Katepal Detail is used for waterproofing and sealing seams, pass-throughs and joints on various surface materials. It is suitable for both new and old surfaces and cures to a flexible, elastic finish. The sealant should be thoroughly mixed before use and applied onto a clean, dry surface. It can be applied with a brush, with a second coat possible after 18–36 hours. For substrate priming requirements, check the installation instructions.
Handling and storage
Katepal Detail is supplied in a 6 kg metal container and has a shelf life of 9 months from the date of manufacture. The product must be kept in its original packaging, which should always display the manufacturer’s name, product purpose, batch number and safety data sheet. Store Katepal Detail away from direct sunlight and moisture at temperatures between +5 and +30 °C.
