Katepal Eaves flashing with shoulder is designed for TopTite and other felt roofings. In addition to the standard drip edge, it features a raised 20 mm shoulder section that provides extra protection for end eaves structures against rain splashes from the roof. Color: Black RR33
Instructions and Materials
Field of use
Eaves Flashing with shoulder and a drip nose that protects the facade boards and wall structures from getting wet. It can be used on the gable ends of the roof. The metal flashings are overlapped by 5 cm. The effective length of a 2 m long flashing is 1.95 m. It is secured with roofing nails or drip edge screws under the top covering (over the underlay membrane) at close intervals.
Handling and storage
Katepal products should be stored protected from direct sunlight and moisture. The products should be handled with care before installation. Pallets must not be stacked on top of each other. Pay attention to safe lifting: lifting instructions for the pallets can be found on each pallet (QR code on the plastic wrap of the pallet).
