Katepal K-MS 170/3700 Fabric
Katepal K-MS 170/3700 is a torch-on, TL2-classified underlay membrane with PP fabric on the top surface. On the bottom surface it has torch-on bitumen under a thin meltable protective plastic film.

Field of use
Katepal K-MS 170/3700 is a TL2-classified membrane that can be used as an underlay and intermediate layer for multi-layer roofing, an underlay for metal roofing, and for waterproofing foundations. It has a polyester fabric reinforcement layer and should either be welded fully or at specific points on the substrate. The fabric surface allows for quick drying. K-MS 170/3700 meets Broof(t2) requirements for tested structures.
Handling and storage
Katepal products should be stored away from direct sunlight and moisture and handled with care before installation. Roll products should be stored in an upright position – rolls transported horizontally should be turned upright after receiving the order. Pallets must not be stacked. Pay attention to safe lifting practices: pallet lifting instructions can be found via the QR code on the pallet’s plastic wrap.
