Katepal K-PS 170/5000 Green NOxOFF is a torch-on, TL2-classified cap sheet with a carrier of fiberglass-reinforced polyester. It has a colored granule finish with Ti02-coating and a 100 mm wide overlapping seam. On the bottom surface it has torch-on bitumen under a thin meltable plastic film.

Katepal K-PS 170/5000 Green NOxOFF is a TL2-classified torch-on cap sheet with a colored granule finish with TiO2-coating for multi-layer roof systems. The bottom surface has torch-on bitumen covered by a meltable protective plastic film. Katepal K-PS 170/5000 NOxOFF meets Broof(t2) requirements for tested structures. It is part of the Katepal Green product family, meaning it is manufactured using renewable raw materials.
Handling and storage
Katepal products should be stored away from direct sunlight and moisture and handled with care before installation. Roll products should be stored in an upright position – rolls transported horizontally should be turned upright after receiving the order. Pallets must not be stacked. Pay attention to safe lifting practices: pallet lifting instructions can be found via the QR code on the pallet’s plastic wrap.
