Katepal K-TES Grip
Katepal K-TES Grip is a torch-on venting underlay membrane with GRIP granules on the top surface and a 100 mm wide overlapping seam. On the bottom surface it has torch-on bitumen strips under a thin meltable protective plastic film.

Field of use
Katepal K-TES Grip is a venting underlay membrane for multi-layer roof applications. It has a polyester fabric reinforcement layer and a GRIP-granule finish on the top surface to enhance safety during installation. The bottom surface has torch-on bitumen strips covered by a meltable protective plastic film. The product should be strip-welded to the substrate. Katepal K-TES Grip meets Broof(t2) requirements for tested structures when used with classified Katepal membranes.
Handling and storage
Katepal products should be stored away from direct sunlight and moisture and handled with care before installation. Roll products should be stored in an upright position – rolls transported horizontally should be turned upright after receiving the order. Pallets must not be stacked. Pay attention to safe lifting practices: pallet lifting instructions can be found via the QR code on the pallet’s plastic wrap.
