Field of use
Katepal K-TMS 170/3000 Fabric is a TL2-classified venting underlay membrane used as an underlay or an intermediate layer for multi-layer roofing and an underlay for metal roofing. It has a polyester fabric reinforcement layer and should be strip-welded to the substrate. The fabric surface allows for quick drying. K-TMS 170/3000 Fabric meets Broof(t2) requirements for tested structures.
Handling and storage
Katepal products should be stored away from direct sunlight and moisture and handled with care before installation. Roll products should be stored in an upright position – rolls transported horizontally should be turned upright after receiving the order. Pallets must not be stacked. Pay attention to safe lifting practices: pallet lifting instructions can be found via the QR code on the pallet’s plastic wrap.
