Katepal Radon membrane PRO
Katepal Radon Membrane PRO is a bitumen membrane designed for radon protection. It has fine sand on the top surface and on the bottom surface it has half sand and half torch-on bitumen under a removable plastic film.

Field of use
Katepal Radon Membrane PRO is specifically designed for radon protection in building subfloors. The bottom surface is half coated in torch-on bitumen and half in sand, which makes installation easier. The bitumen surface should be welded to the vertical surface of the foundation, while the sand should be turned against the future concrete subfloor.
Handling and storage
Katepal products should be stored away from direct sunlight and moisture and handled with care before installation. Roll products should be stored in an upright position – rolls transported horizontally should be turned upright after receiving the order. Pallets must not be stacked. Pay attention to safe lifting practices: pallet lifting instructions can be found via the QR code on the pallet’s plastic wrap.
