Katepal Tupla Stripe
Katepal Tupla Stripe is a torch-on cap sheet with a coloured-granule finish and a 120 mm wide overlapping seam. On the bottom surface it has torch-on bitumen stripes under a thin meltable protective plastic film.

Field of use
Katepal Tupla Stripe is a cap sheet for single-layer roofing. It has a coloured-granule finish and a fibreglass-reinforced polyester fabric carrier. The bottom surface has stripes of torch-on bitumen covered by a meltable protective plastic film. The product should be torch applied with the bitumen strips onto the underlay membrane or substrate. Tupla Stripe meets Broof(t2) requirements for tested structures.
Handling and storage
Katepal products should be stored away from direct sunlight and moisture and handled with care before installation. Roll products should be stored in an upright position – rolls transported horizontally should be turned upright after receiving the order. Pallets must not be stacked. Pay attention to safe lifting practices: pallet lifting instructions can be found via the QR code on the pallet’s plastic wrap.
