Field of use
Katepal Seal is an elastic sealant designed for use with bitumen membranes, though it is suitable for almost all construction sealing applications, including indoors. Once cured, it remains permanently elastic and has excellent UV resistance. The application temperature range is +5 to +40°C. Katepal Seal cures even in damp conditions and can be applied to wet surfaces.
Handling and storage
Katepal products should be stored in dry conditions away from direct sunlight and heat. Products should be handled with care before installation. Pallets must not be stacked. Pay attention to safe lifting practices: pallet lifting instructions can be found on each pallet. Dispose of empty packaging and dried product in landfill. Fresh product waste is hazardous and must be disposed of in accordance with legislation.
