Field of use
Katepal TUPLA Green is a TL1-classified cap sheet for single-layer roofing. It has a coloured-granule finish and a fibreglass-reinforced polyester fabric carrier. The bottom surface has torch-on bitumen covered by a meltable protective plastic film. The product should be fully bonded onto the underlay membrane or substrate. TUPLA Green meets Broof(t2) requirements for tested structures. It is part of the Katepal Green product family, meaning it is manufactured using renewable raw materials.
Handling and storage
Katepal products should be stored away from direct sunlight and moisture and handled with care before installation. Roll products should be stored in an upright position – rolls transported horizontally should be turned upright after receiving the order. Pallets must not be stacked. Pay attention to safe lifting practices: pallet lifting instructions can be found via the QR code on the pallet’s plastic wrap.
