Katepal VentBase
Katepal VentBase is a strong, vapour-permeable roofing underlay. On the top surface of one edge and the bottom surface of the opposite edge there is an adhesive strip covered by a protective plastic film.

Field of use
Katepal VentBase is a vapour-permeable underlay for use under metal and tile roofs. The product can be installed directly onto insulation as a combined wind barrier and underlay (AKD) or installed as a hanging underlay between rafters (AKV). The product has adhesive edges to ensure reliable overlap sealing.
Handling and storage
Katepal products should be stored away from direct sunlight and moisture and handled with care before installation. Roll products should be stored in an upright position – rolls transported horizontally should be turned upright after receiving the order. Pallets must not be stacked. Pay attention to safe lifting practices: pallet lifting instructions can be found via the QR code on the pallet’s plastic wrap.
