VILPE Tall Vapour Barrier Seal
VILPE Vapour Barrier Seals for flat roofs are made of EPDM rubber for excellent weather and ozone resistance. The seals can withstand continuous temperatures of +90°C (and intermittently up to +150°C) and are also resistant to both acids and alkalis. The product is 133mm tall.

Field of use
VILPE Vapour Barrier Seals are designed for pipes installed through the vapour barrier on inclined or low-pitched roofs. The product should be installed using bitumen if the roof’s vapour barrier is made of bitumen. If the roof’s underlay is made of profiled sheet metal, it should be installed using a board made of hard material on top of the vapour barrier valve.
Handling and storage
Products should be stored protected from direct sunlight and moisture. The products should be handled with care before installation. Pallets must not be stacked on top of each other. Pay attention to safe lifting.
